Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Property Answer AI platform, operated by Property Answer AI, Inc. (“Property Answer AI,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, APIs, and services, including any content, features, tools, and functionality offered through propertyanswer.ai, its subdomains, and related web, mobile, and API-based applications (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms apply to all users of the Services (“you”). If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, property management firm, HOA, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

If you are an authorized user under an agreement with a subscriber (such as your employer, property management company, or HOA), that subscriber controls your account and all data associated with it.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process personal information, including how AI systems process communications. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Rights to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable service agreement.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, crawl, or extract source code
  • Introduce malware or interfere with system integrity or security
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Use the Services to compete with Property Answer AI
  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes
  • Remove or obscure proprietary notices or branding

AI & Automation Features

The Services use artificial intelligence and automation to process and manage communications, including:

  • Natural language processing and generation
  • Speech-to-text and text-to-speech
  • Automated call routing and escalation
  • Data extraction, summaries, and workflow automation
  • Authorized integrations with third-party systems

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. Property Answer AI is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

You agree not to use AI features in violation of applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, telecommunications, or Fair Housing regulations.

Ownership & Content

All rights, title, and interest in the Services including software, models, designs, text, and code are owned by Property Answer AI or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Your Content”). By using the Services, you grant Property Answer AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
  • AI and machine learning model providers
  • Telephony, SMS, and email providers
  • Analytics, monitoring, and payment processors

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Answer AI and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property Answer AI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Your content or reliance on AI outputs
  • Your misuse of the Services

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections relating to Ownership, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification will survive termination.
